The Caribbean (or the West Indies) is a group of islands in the Caribbean Sea. The Caribbean islands extend from the southeastern tip of Florida to the coast of Venezuela. These islands enclose the Caribbean Sea, separating it from the Atlantic Ocean.
The Caribbean is a mixture of African, Indian and European cultures. These string of islands (between North and South America) is a popular resort area. Here is a list of the twenty-five countries that make up the Caribbean:
